Windshield is always drivers expense, if you are not lucky you will end up replacing 2 windshields per year, each windshield will be around $400 so if not lucky it will be around $800 per year
Tires on the road are always drivers expense. If you see your tires going bad, try to make it back to yard so that way they are replaced free of charge
The company can pay up front and just deduct from settlement
